To ensure a successful conclusion to every project, our Account Executives remain involved in the process by coordinating all of the necessary interviewing, testing, referencing, and employment offers. This comprehensive process can be conducted in a confidential manner, if necessary, and is engaged on a retained basis.

From the position description provided by the client (or developed in coordination with our team), our Account Executives initiate a rigorous search process.

Using our zero-based approach, we deploy the power of our in-house research team to get you the results you need. We tap into our extensive network of industry contacts, our multiple, up-to-date databases, and our broad-based knowledge of the employment landscape and the industry itself.

Our comprehensive process includes extensive interviewing to narrow the field of candidates to those who best fit the requirements of the search. After the universe of talent is evaluated, the top candidates will be submitted for the client’s review.

Shared SUCCESS

Upon completion of our process, our Account Executives will present a final slate of individuals who are best qualified for and interested in the opportunity.

Once the client has selected the finalist candidate for the position, our team remains active and involved in the process by coordinating all of the necessary steps to ensure a successful completion of the project.
