[POSITION FILLED] Schaffer Associates is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant for its Charlotte, NC office. Specific duties will include a variety of administrative and office support activities including fielding phone calls, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling candidate interviews and travel, and database entry. Additional duties will include providing support on a daily basis to the company’s marketing and social media efforts. Flexible hours available. Internship opportunities available to college students.
