Schaffer Associates Welcomes Ray Bousquet as Newest Team Member
Charlotte, NC – Schaffer Associates, the national management consulting firm specializing in executive search and organizational strategies, announced today that Ray Bousquet has joined the organization as an Account Executive. The addition of Bousquet adds more than 30 years of industry experience to the Schaffer Associates roster, strengthening a team that already serves as one of the premier firms serving the hardware, home improvement, building materials, and consumer products industry.
A native of New Jersey, Ray Bousquet held senior sales management and business development positions with global manufacturers such as Pella Corporation and Solutia, Inc. prior to joining Schaffer Associates. His industry experience also notably includes owning and successfully operating his own roofing business, which allowed him to develop strong talent acquisition and human resource skills.

Bousquet earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey. An active member of both the Church of the Nativity and the Knights of Columbus, he has spent several years in numerous positions within organizations for the developmentally disabled and has served on the Board of Directors of various nonprofits.
